SWA S2 E45: May all those who take accountability say ‘I’

This episode we are talking about emotional accountability and owning up to your feelings. Essentially, we are talking about taking ownership of the part we have played in our own circumstances. What parts of this do I have control over? Can I just focus on that? The only thing we have control over is ourselves; how we think, how we operate, how we move and how react to things. If I focus on these things, will this create a major change ? and if so, just how profound will that change be?
