Rashad also discusses his drive to strengthen his community and how it prompted him to create his non-profit organization, Black Boys Empowered.
Lastly, Rashad discusses his love for fashion and the inspiration behind his apparel line Reir Clothing Co.
About Rashad:
A native of Detroit, MI, Rashad T. Dudley is an educator, nonprofit founder, business co-owner, and graduate student.
Rashad is a Morehouse College graduate where he completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies. He is currently pursing his graduate degree at Clemson University where he is expected to graduate in 2022.
Rashad is the founder and CEO of Black Boys Empowered and co-owner of Reir Clothing Co.
Based in Memphis, TN, Rashad serves as a high school Student Support Advisor where he provides restorative practices and behavioral intervention and prevention strategies.
