After years of experience within the industry, she is finally starting her own agency, Sandrine Charles Consulting. And with Daily Paper, KNC Beauty, and Alife on her client list, it is clear that she’s bringing a number of cool kid brands along for the ride. But that’s not all. In the wake of George Floyd’s death, Sandrine and Teen Vogue’s EIC Lindsay Peoples Wagner were inspired to launch an initiative that will continuously work to ensure that Black people have a seat at the fashion and beauty table.
