Charise Freeman is a proud  Air Force veteran who decided to leave the military to focus on her relationship with her daughter in hopes of breaking the cycle of strained mother-daughter relationships that had been going on in her family for a few generations. Over the last decade, she has been passionate about building a relationship with her daughter that is full of trust, open communication, and understanding.

Her passion led her to write Growing In Love Together – A Military Mother's 90-day Guide to a Greater Connection with Her Daughter. The guide provides simple daily actions that help establish a firm foundation of unconditional love in your relationships. When working with others, Charise likes to highlight that in order to connect each day, you must make it a habit to remove the U in guilt and instead GILT (Grow In Love Together).
