He’s the CEO and founder of the first black-owned real estate equity crowdfund in American history. The Tulsa Real Estate Fund has a $50 million dollar market cap. Some of its assets include a 98 unit apartment complex and an office building that is under construction, once completed it will house office space, production studios, and classrooms.
