What do Brain fog, mood swings, anxiety, depression, inflammation and heart disease all have in common? SUGAR! Sugar can cause or increase many different conditions, disorders and just general feelings of unwell. Which is why we are so excited to be chatting with Canadian Nutritionist, Award-winning author, TV host and our fave sugar expert, Julie Daniluk. Julie helps us understand why sugar is so addictive, the negative affects it has on our brains and bodies and shares easy ways to reduce or eliminate sugar from our diets.  Julie shares her journey to becoming sugar-free and how to start eliminating inflammatory sugars from our diets and embrace a naturally sweet life. Before we are joined by Julie we share some “life moments” and Jess’s decision to only have a baby girl.
