Prompted by the Netflix show “The Ultimatum,” we needed to chat through our thoughts and feelings on giving and being given an ultimatum in real life. We discuss when and why an ultimatum might be necessary, why it could be a red flag, how it is never “black and white,” and why you always need to look within first.
