51. I’m A Survivor of Child Abuse

Normally, I share details about my guest and their story but it got too real for me and just listening to her tell certain stories broke my heart. Now, this episode might be triggering for some as my guest dives more into her trauma from childhood, so please prepare yourself as you listen to one of the hardest stories I ever have done.  I hope her story inspires you to be more aware of signs from children and to protect them from harm’s way as much as possible.
