Pep Talk Challenge: 

Spend time this week writing your Top 5 Non-Negotiables for any new relationship. Then, compare that list against a relationship in your life (romantic, platonic, or family) and ask: Am I honoring these, or have I compromised? Commit to holding firm in at least one boundary this week.
