If I treat a person coming out in a suit the same way I would treat the janitor who’s probably mopping the floors of the hallway, because that’s just how I am. I was just brought up that way. Always being up front, truthful, always be hungry, but at the same time, be willing to hear a no. A no doesn’t mean never, it’s just not right now. I think a firm handshake and eye contact goes a long way. A lot of that is missing.
