Presence is when you move through a room and people feel you without you doing anything extra. It’s the natural result of who you’ve already become, not something you push in the moment.

In this class, I break down what real presence is. It’s not about trying hard, forcing energy, or making people notice you.  

If you’re trying to look confident or make people pay attention, you’re already off track. Real presence just shows up because it’s part of you.
