Shayla Varnado is a serial entrepreneur, entertainer, and founder of ALYAHS Consulting and the lifestyle brand Black Girls Wine. A graduate in Fashion Merchandising, Shayla pivoted in 2016 into wine entertainment, creating exclusive experiences for Black women through her brand, which boasts over 20 chapters in 19+ cities.

With a decade of entrepreneurial experience, she teaches women to monetize their gifts using effective marketing strategies. Shayla is also the author of “44 Prayers for the Christian Entrepreneur” and hosts the podcast “Hustle Forward,” where she discusses running a business.

When not coaching or leading wine travel experiences, she focuses on developing innovative marketing strategies and guiding her team to help brands build their digital presence. Join us as she shares her journey behind the business!
