We are often taught about the importance of respect and why it matters to all of us. However, I’ve observed that in the ongoing pursuit of respect, particularly for many black males, people often approach it in incorrect ways.

Join me now as I address this issue and suggest how to navigate the quest for respect, especially for young black males.
