We have been talking about how self doubt affects our health all month long and today is the final episode of the series. Doing this series has shown me how not serious I have taken my health the past 10 years and the fact that I truly want a healthy lifestyle for me and my family, I want ALL of God’s promises for my life and I want to be here for my great- great-great grandchildren Lord willing!
