176: You're stronger than you think

In this week’s episode, Tatum discusses how to find strength no matter what the struggle is whether big or small.

 

 

10:02 – The struggle is the part that stops a person from being a doer

11:09 – 2 Corinthians 12:9- Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses so that the power of Christ can work through me.

11:15 -John 15:5 – “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.

12:05- Philippians 4:12-13 – I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. 13 I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

13:24 – Philippians 4:6 -Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

13:41 – You are not exempt from struggle.

15:04 – You have to tap into God’s strength

15:33 – You have to press into God when things get difficult.
