They feel western women have been influenced by cultural and societal pressures to behave in a certain way that doesn’t fit their wants. Considering that “passport bros” are predominantly black men, when highlighting their trips overseas often come with bashing American women, primarily black women and that’s where the pushback and controversy lives.
