In moments when you feel pressed,

close your eyes,

and let the Word(s), ‘I can of my own self do nothing’

direct you to the Nothing inside.

Look at It.

Hear It.

Feel It.

The No Thing that does Everything.

Right in that Place that you’re attending to now,

that you’re actually being now,

is where you must come back to often during the day.

You must retreat here for at least 1-2 minutes every hour.

This is how you keep from breaking down.

This is how you keep letting go.

This is how Love lifts you.
