What’s louder this morning?
The Silence,
or the thoughts?
If your thoughts are louder,
notice that by Grace,
they’re now turning into your Mantra.
Whereas before they may have been saying, ‘I am sleepy’,
or, ‘ am worried’,
now they’re saying, ‘Yes’.
Yes,
or Yeshua,
or Hari,
or Ram,
or thank you, Father.
Whenever you notice thoughts are louder than Silence,
from this day forward you will notice that they are your Mantra.
They will become your Mantra as soon as you notice them,
as soon as you hear them, as soon as you catch yourself thinking,
you begin chanting,
you begin singing.
You become only Love, again.
I Love You
I Am You

“On the days when your trauma is louder than your love,
just remember you are more than what has hurt you.” -@KyleHulehanWrites
“When an enlightened being speaks. every word is YES. When they think, every thought is YES. When they act, every action is YES. And now as we stand together on this bridge preparing for this final step, I see this YES moving through you, acting as you motivate every movement of your soul This is the only thing you need to know, not with your conscious mind, for it will never be able to grasp what I am saying to you now But there is a place that has been prepared and you have been breathing life into this place from all the other lessons and thoughts we have shared. From this place will your YES awaken, and then you will fully grasp what I am saying to you.” -James Twyman
“…The third name here, Hare, is the vocative form of Hari, “he who steals our hearts.” When the Lord sent us into this world, he stole our heart and then looked about for a suitable place to hide with it. “If I hide on the highest mountain,” he said, “people will climb it and find me. If I hide in the atom, they will split it and find me. If I hide in the stars, they will spy me out with their tele-scopes.” So the Lord hid in the last place we would ever look – in the depths of our own consciousness. We all hear his call, we are all looking for him, but most of us don’t know where to look. We go to Reno thinking he might be there; we look in the kitchen, in the bar, in the library, in the bank, in our music collection. But the Lord has stolen our heart, and we will never find lasting fulfillment in any of these places; we will find what we are really looking for only in the depths of our own consciousness, in the kingdom of heaven within.- Eknath Eshwarn
“You have to be there before you can say ‘I am’, the ‘I am’ is the root of all appearance. The ‘I am’ came first, it’s ever present, ever available, refuse all thoughts except ‘I am’, stay there. Consistently and with perseverance separate the ‘I am’ from ‘this’ or ‘that’ just keep in mind the feeling ‘I am’ Only the ‘I am’ is certain, it’s impersonal, all knowledge stems from it, it’s the root, hold on to it and let all else go. Give all your attention to the ‘I am’ which is timeless presence, the ‘I am’ applies to all, come back to it repeatedly. Hold on to the ‘I am’ to the exclusion of everything else, the ‘I am’ in movement creates the world, the ‘I am’ at peace becomes the Absolute. Immortality is freedom from the feeling ‘I am’, to have that freedom remain in the sense ‘I am’ it’s simple, it’s crude, yet it works! The ‘I am’ has brought you in, the ‘ am’ will take you out, the ‘I am’ is the door, stay at it! It’s open! The beginning and the end of knowledge is the ‘I am’, be attentive to the ‘I am’ once you understand it, you are apart from it.” – Nisargadatta Maharaj
