Will Deion Sanders make Colorado a dark horse contender?

Thanks to Deion Sanders, Colorado fans have likely never been more excited about the Buffs. The fan base is nothing short of rejuvenated, but the expectations have been growing rapidly. Fans are betting on the Buffs to win it all in year one, and counting on them to be a dark horse contender for the Pac-12 Championship. Kevin Borba and Brian Howell of Buffzone discuss what fans should realistically be expecting in year one. It is okay to be excited, but Howell provides some insight as to why expectations might be a tad high.

We both agreed that while it may be harsh to tell players they aren’t wanted here, Sanders is doing them a favor by giving them a chance to play elsewhere rather than sitting on the sidelines all year. College football has always been and is now even more of a business, and Brian explains that it appears people seemed to have forgotten that aspect of it.
