Erika Washington from Sticky Note Conversations travels from Las Vegas to review one of the biggest hits of 2024. She assesses whether a movie musical, adapted from a Broadway version of a 1990s remix of an early 20th-century children’s book classic, can be transformed into a Black film. Additionally, the review includes discussions on Dennis Haysbert in “Gone With The Wind,” a career retrospective of Harold Rollins, and an exploration of Michael Jackson’s age.
