Deion Sanders is hoping that his investment in the transfer portal is one that will pay off and help the Buffs succeed right away. While many people are focusing on the overall number of transfers that he brought in, I decided to break down which Buffs I think can emerge as stars. I break down six players, and what they will bring to the team in 2023, and why Buffs fans need to watch out for them.
