What My Wife Taught Me About Empathy

Similar to last week's mini episode, I wanted to talk about something that's been going on in my life recently. With a 5 month old, my wife is having to take on a lot of work to care for her and that means not being able to get much sleep. I've really started to feel bad for her and trying to figure out how I can help. It's something I've been wrestling with these past few weeks and I've come to learn a lot about empathy because of it.
