In this episode of the Amanda Seales podcast, Amanda discusses a variety of current events and news stories. Amanda also shares some things she has learned this week, including a new app that helps people with anxiety and a study that links social media use to increased feelings of loneliness.

Finally, Amanda discusses the tragic death of a black man who was found dead after being chased by a group of random white men. She reflects on the systemic racism that leads to these types of incidents and encourages listeners to stay informed and engaged in the fight for racial justice.
