We begin by defining condition:

Condition- something essential to the appearance or occurrence of something else. The restricting or modifying factor.

Meditate Using –

(LOVE) Philippians 4:6 

Action Steps

1. Identify all the ways God made you incredible. Whether it’s public speaking, organizing, administration, athleticism, music, or teaching, God gave you a gift.
2. If you haven’t used what you’ve just identified as talents, ask God to reveal anything you may have missed. If you haven’t used what you’ve identified due to lack of confidence, ask God to remove jealousy and create joy in your heart to partner and collaborate instead of competing.
3. Pray. Pray without ceasing. Because loving ourselves is a process and part of the whole command to love God and our neighbors.
