What “American Dream”?

In this episode, we discuss the “American Dream” we are sold and debunk all the myths of the white picket fence. We discuss what owning your lifestyle looks like. In the African American Community we are not taught to  own what we have but to “keep up with the jones’ “.  Often times in black homes we were not taught financial freedom but Employment 101.  Our role models worked 2 or more jobs to make ends meet but never taught us financial literacy.
