Week 19 – Bill Belichick podcast
It's never easy dealing with issues that your loved ones experience, especially Mental Health and Mental Illnesses.
There are moments in our lives where we become triggered by events, conversation or moments in your life and not sure why or where the root of it comes from.
In this episode, Malcolm opens up for the first time about how his brothers struggle with mental illness changed him and how he'd never dealt with any of the feelings or thoughts in regards to it and became numb to it.
This episode really peels back some of the layers of the hurt we've never even talked about when you cant control the things that happen to the people that you love.
