In a world that does not know God, having an intimate, personal relationship with Him is valuable beyond comparison. Everything we need in life flows from it; our success and ability to accomplish what is humanly impossible comes not from our own strength, but from walking with Him. It is not enough just to know about Him; we must experience Him firsthand. Knowing God not only changes our lives here on earth, but also lets us begin our eternal lives in His presence even before we die. There is nothing in life more important than a relationship with God; when we are willing to give up everything for Him, we lose nothing, but gain much more. Our priorities should be to place Him before all the flashy, fancy things we see around us in the physical realm. Life is the sum total of who we spend it with; the true definition of success and prosperity is spend our lives with God.
