Dr Federica Amati holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine Research from Imperial College London, has a masters in Public Health and is an Association for Nutrition (AfN) Registered Nutritionist (RNutr).
Dr Amati works as Head Nutritionist and Head of Science Communications for personalised health company, ZOE. She works clinically as the Head of Nutrition Science for WellFounded Health. Alongside her research and nutrition work, Federica has written two books, Recipes for a Better Menopause and Every Body Should Know This.
