The Friend Zone: Is It A Real Thing?

The dreaded “Friend Zone”. 

Nobody really likes being here. Have you ever been put there by someone that you really liked? Did you stay around for the friendship or did you stay hoping that one day they would change their minds and want you in the same way that you want them?  What are the rules of the friend zone? If someone friend zones you, isn’t it a choice whether you stay there or not? Can you really be friends with someone when you’re secretly or not so secretly hoping for more?  Gator and I dived into this topic with personal experience and our own set of questions.
