The Crazy, Illogical Lie I Concocted To Hide My Affair

A cheating husband who is remorseful, openly apologetic and more committed to his wife than ever: that’s just one of my guests today. My other guest is his wife who forgives her husband and believes that their marriage is finally a “real marriage” ever since he’s confessed, become sober and committed to intense therapy.

But before this couple got here, the husband (whom we’ll call Greg) did something so outrageous, so manipulative and so underhanded to try and hide his affair, that it’s worthy of cinematic screenplay. In fact his wife Brenda (not her real name) said:
