Don’t be distracted by thoughts of future or past moments,

or by what you consider noises in this moment.

All are welcome.

It couldn’t be any other way.

This moment is eternal.

It’s not this instant, 

or this second. 

It’s not that breath,

or that heartbeat,

or that thought,

or this voice…

It’s what you can hear beyond it.

It’s what you’re being beyond it.

It’s the relaxation that you settle into.

That you come into fully.

Thank you, Father, for this moment.

It’s the contentment that allows for the next step,

for the Arrival.
