LIONS SQUAD SHOW: SUNDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN! Detroit Lions vs Philadelphia Eagles In Pivotal NFC Battle podcast
All is fair in love and war, right? So why do girl/guy codes seem to make or break a potential relationship?
In this episode of ‘Adult-ish,’ host Afiya uses the time for a little Fifi After Dark to discuss her own unconventional — and possibly controversial — thoughts on the ever-popular “girl code” as it related to ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ reality star, Porsha Williams.
The peach-holding hottie has been put in some hot water after announcing her new engagement to boyfriend Simon after a month of dating for those not in the know. The shocker? Simon is recently divorced from Porsha’s “friend” Fallon.
While new details regarding the relationships between all parties involved come to light, many are throwing Porsha under the bus for violating the “girl code,” but is she wrong? Should one deny themselves a potential love because of a past relationship that included a “friend”?
Of course, we can have a conversation on what it really means to be a “friend,” but for right now, the slightly inebriated host is digging into why she thinks these codes are all a ploy for folks with strong emotions versus anything else.
Take a listen — and share your own opinions. We dare ya!
