After lengthy self exploration, she noted the value of self care, in terms of it’s significance in surviving and thriving in the pandemic, thinking about her future. getting the right support and Rest as the source of abundance.
She subsequently wrote the Self Care for Sex Workers Journal, which, from her heart to yours, provides a 6 month holistic guide to:
*identify and prioritise needs, emotional, practical, spiritual, intellectual and physical.
*simple and practical ways to look after your money- save, invest and spend with intention to navigate slow earning periods.
*methods to diversify and expand on interests skills both within and outward of Sex Work.
*ways to value your boundaries, time and emotions, to trust that saying ‘No’ will lead to abundance and your authentic ‘Yes’ – and
*understand, in a personalised language, what pleasure and rest mean to you and their vital importance in our lives.
All using journaling, meditation, and invitations to proactive, but mindful, actions.
