Same-sex marriage bill, Fentanyl epidemic, big win for twins

President Biden signs the same-sex and interracial marriage bill into law. Andrew Hartzler, the Nephew of a GOP Congresswoman who tearfully pleaded with colleagues to oppose the bill, tells CNN Tonight about coming out to his Aunt, being put through conversion therapy by his family, and why he attended the bill signing. California lawmakers introduce bills to have Narcan in schools, inspired by 17-year-old Zach Didier who died after taking a counterfeit pill. Zach’s mother Laura joins to share the story of her son.

The CDC reports drug overdoses reached their highest level on record in 2021, and that 60% involved Fentanyl or other synthetic opioids.
