A Ft Wayne, Indiana native, he became the first U.S. Army recruiter to be awarded the Indiana Army National Guard Soldier of the Year. Terrance McKinney is a doer. Not one to sit back and let life pass him by, he’s a guy who gets things done. He is the proud owner of an upscale Barbershop located in Fort Wayne, IN., 1947 Barber Gallery & Lounge.
