RSMS Hour 4 | Tyreek Hill Bodycam Footage Released

The bodycam footage of the police officers that arrested Miami Dolphins wide receiver, Tyreek Hill has been released. It shows the officers using excessive force for a traffic incident. One of the officers has been placed on administration duty. Both the Miami Dolphins and Miami Police Department have released statements.
