RSMS Hour 1 | Jay Z’s Attorney Want Sexual Assault Case Dropped

The attorneys for Jay Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs want the sexual assault case from then 13-year-old Jane Doe to be dropped. After an interview with the alleged victim, now 38, Jay Z and his attorneys point out the inconsistencies in her story. The alleged victim said her father picked her up from the VMAs after party in September 2000 and her father does not know of picking her up. She also said she had a conversation with artists who were on tour during the party.
