RSMS Hour 1 | Federal Government Could Shut Down if Congress Does Not Act

The federal government is on the verge of a shut down if the proposed budget does not get approved. Democrats in Congress are not happy with the proposed budget will not approve it as currently constructed which would cause the government to shut down.
