Replay: Intersex and Trans

In this episode replay from 2021, host Imara Jones sits down with the groundbreaking intersex activist Sean Saifa Wall. Saifa, who is Black, intersex and trans discusses how those who are intersex shift our fundamental understanding of gender and the promise that this community holds for all of us. Saifa also delves into the importance of realizing the intersectionality of those who are trans and intersex. He also calls for the trans community to learn more about what it means to be intersex both to better support intersex people and to grow personally in their own trans identity.
