Florence Kasule is the director of procurement at U.S. Digital Service (USDS), and leads a team focused on   building amazing digital experiences for the American public by modernizing the acquisition process. Jordan Ginn is Director of Talent Acquisition for United States Digital Service (USDS) and initially joined the organization  in 2016 under the Obama administration to make sure the organization that rescued Healthcare.gov remained fully staffed with top talent from the private sector.
