Satu Ahlman founded Saga Performance to help like-minded individuals and serve them the right way. Coming from a minority country, working globally, and sometimes living abroad, has really enriched her life. Satu seeks to help others understand themselves better and find their core strengths by using the “pause and reflect” method, which focuses more on “being” than “doing.” In this podcast, Satu asks important questions like “What is your purpose, mission, and vision?” Once you understand your values and dig deeper into your strengths, you are able to increase and sustain your capacity as a leader.
