Not Being in Competition with Everyone Else

It is ok to have a competitive attitude while being a business owner, but don’t let your business success depend on your competition with others. Sometimes trying to “Keep up with the Jones’s”, can be detrimental to your business. Each business is unique, their business purpose is unique, etc. Developing a rivalry complex with business of similar capacity could have a business owner making drastic decisions that could negatively affect your business.
