Friends and Kin in this episode, we are talking about something that a lot of people think they have down to a science, but folks are really clueless about & that is *drumroll please* SELF-AWARENESS. People do NOT think outside of themselves on a regular basis. Some people carry on like they don’t even know the world exists outside of their realm. BUT IT DOES. And if we are going to be INTENTIONAL about HOW WE LIVE OUR LIVES, we must first be INTENTIONAL about being WHO WE ARE AND HOW WE SHOW UP IN THE WORLD.

I dive into how doing simple things can help you to develop self-awareness in your life and how to incorporate different techniques into your daily living that will help to develop self-awareness in your life. The real question to ask yourself is – WHO IN THE WORLD AM I? No, seriously – who are you in the world & who in the world are you? Literally & Figuratively. I even included a series of questions to ask yourself when you want to do an evaluation of where you are with self-awareness. It might be time for a check-in!
