Ned Ryun, Author of “American Leviathan”

Is America actually being governed by the people, as it was originally set up to do?  Are the citizens truly participating in a representative democracy?  Author Ned Ryun says, “No.”. Agencies — like the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Education Agency, etc — are running the show.  Unelected elitists believe they know what’s best for everyone, and they decide how legislation is written and implemented.  Donald Trump is a threat to this “administrative state,” and that’s why he is feared.  He will interrupt the status quo.  But is that a bad thing?
