My boyfriend is hiding something on his phone

Marcus and Jessica receive an email from a listener who is suspicious about her boyfriend and his cell phone. She says he keeps his phone face down and when she asked to use it once he awkwardly stood next to her while she used it. Do you think she should be concerned?
