Manhunt Underway After Mass Shooting in Brooklyn Subway

Ten people were shot and at least sixteen suffered injuries in a Brooklyn subway shooting this morning during rush hour. NYPD officials have identified a “person of interest”, but say at this time there is no known motive for the Brooklyn shooting.

Biden calls Putin’s invasion of Ukraine a “genocide” for the first time, as Putin says today that peace talks have reached a “dead end”, making it clear he has no intention of pulling back from his military campaign. The Pentagon warns that Russia could use chemical weapons, as Ukraine investigates over 6,000 cases of Russian war crimes. Plus, fighting continues in Mariupol, US military veterans train Ukrainian soldiers, and citizens of small city Bashtanka fight back.
