Love is the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Love.

If you don’t do anything else–

if you don’t listen for the Silence,

if you don’t chant a Name of God, 

if you don’t practice witnessing,

 or watching that body,

that mind,

just practice the Feeling of Love,

and you’ve arrived.
