What if when planning your family you chose to adopt and then despite the warning of possible heartbreak from your friends you took the option of going through the entire pregnancy and birth with the biological mother.

Producer and television host, Lisa Joyner, along with her husband, actor, writer and producer John Cryer, made the decision to go through the pregnancy with the biological mother of their daughter, Daisy. And the day Daisy was born Lisa made a promise to herself and to Daisy’s birth mother that she would always honor the incredible bond they had created during those nine months.

But what if one day your child told you that she wanted to meet her biological mother? Would you keep your word and arrange for them to meet? Or would you let fear take over and renege on your promise in an effort to protect your family?
