She is also an editor of the Washington Post’s Monkey Cage, a blog devoted to making political science findings more accessible to the public, allowing us to have thorough conversations with integrity to the facts. At work, Kim teaches courses on African politics and ethnic politics and recently wrote a book called Doomed Interventions, on the failure of global responses to AIDS in Africa.
