Oklahoma judge dismisses Tulsa Race Massacre Reparations Lawsuit. The lawsuit, which was filed by three survivors of the 1921 massacre, was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled. The judge ruled that the survivors did not have standing to sue and that the statute of limitations had expired.

Gabrielle Union claps back at trolls who say she’s too old to wear swimsuits. The actress posted a photo of herself in a swimsuit on Instagram, and some commenters criticized her for her age. Union responded by saying that she’s “proud to be 49 and wear a swimsuit” and that she doesn’t care what anyone else thinks.

The actor and activist Hill Harper announces run for Senate in Michigan. Harper is a Democrat and is running to replace retiring Sen. Debbie Stabenow.

Meek Mill says “Free Tory Lanez.” the rapper called for the release of his friend, Tory Lanez, who is facing charges in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. MILL said that Lanez is being “railroaded” by the justice system.

Gov. Gavin Newsom speaks out against Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and the GOP. Newsom, the Governor OF California, BLASTED Abbott AND THE GOP for their handling of the recent mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Newsom said that the GOP is “morally bankrupt” and that they “don’t care about people.”
